My Order
When will I receive my item(s)?

Items are shipped within one week. Shipping depends on your location, but the range is listed during checkout. For orders within the continental United States, delivery is usually within two weeks.
What if I placed an order by mistake or need to return an order?

An order can be cancelled at any time before it is shipped to you. Otherwise, it will be considered a return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery/receipt of the order as long as the product is unopened and the shrink-wrap is in tact. Returns and cancellations are completed using the contact form here.
What if my product was missing parts or damaged upon arrival?

Please take pictures of the damaged product and send it with an exchange request using the form here.
I never received my item(s)!

Please contact us once the delivery window has passed. Please allow a couple of additional business days to account for delivery delays. If you still have not received your item(s), please contact us here and include the order number and tracking number, and we will investigate.

Our game production is based on demand, and we will place additional orders based on requests. So, if you see something you want that is out of stock, please reach out to us here, and we will try our best to get it back in stock and let you know!
